Patriotic Table Runner Tutorial: Stars and Stripes for the 4th of July

Welcome to my Stars and Stripes Patriotic Table Runner Tutorial! I had so much fun designing this one. The stars and stripes combination just feels so perfectly 4th of July, and it looks stunning as a table centerpiece. It’s one of those pieces you’ll bring out every Independence Day and feel proud of.

This project is beginner-friendly, fun to sew, and a great way to use up your red, white, and blue fabric scraps. Whether you’re decorating for a family barbecue, a holiday gathering, or just want to add a festive flair to your space, this quilted table runner is sure to stand out. For the Stars and Stripes Patriotic Table Runner, I used the lovely red, white, and blue floral fabric called “American Beauty,” designed for Riley Blake Designs by Dani Mogstad.

For thread, I am using Konfetti by Wonderfil Specialty Threads, a 50wt Egyptian Cotton.
