Sawtooth Star Quilt Block

Sawtooth Star Quilt Block

It’s that time again – the reveal of the seventh Mystery Block of the Month 2023. This month we are making the gorgeous Sawtooth Star Quilt Block.

For the Sawtooth Star Quilt Block we need to make Flying Geese which is a new technique for us. We will be using the four-at-a-time method with no waste. It looks a bit complicated, but trust me it is super simple.

About the Mystery Block of the Month

The Sawtooth Star Quilt Block is the fifth block in the Mystery Block of the Month 2023 series, find out more HERE.

The Mystery Block of the Month is a small achievable project each month, once we have completed all 12 blocks we will use them to make a quilt top. The trick is making your block within the month so it stays a stress-free and fun quilting project.

If you are following along on the Mystery Block of the Month and would like to have the same fabric placement as me for all your blocks, check out this video HERE. You will find a copy of the Labels in the Pattern Library HERE.
