YOUR FIRST QUILT – COURSE OUTLINE
The aim of this course is to learn the fundamentals of quilting by making a lap quilt over a period of five weeks
You will be making a generously sized lap quilt measuring approximately 60” x 60”. The quilt will consist of 49 x 9” squares
You will receive an email by 5pm ET each Friday with full instructions on how to complete the weekly task
Purchase or acquire tools and supplies required

The course will be taught with YouTube videos that will explain each step of the quilt making process. Weekly course notes will include the tasks for each week, a checklist to make sure you haven’t forgotten a step, and written instructions to supplement the YouTube video. As well as the supplies that are required to complete the next week’s task.
Although you can easily access all my YouTube videos whenever you want, I believe that continuing to run the course over five weeks, breaks up the course into smaller, more achievable chunks.
You have one week to complete each weekly task in order to complete your quilt as part of this course
